15 de January de 2026New version of ComunicaBR consolidates data on investments, public policies, programs and results of government actions.
Did you know the Brazilian government provides a public portal that shows investments and ongoing programs by municipality? The platform has now been upgraded. The Secretariat for Social Communication of the Presidency of the Republic, known as Secom, on Monday Jan. 12 launched a new version of the ComunicaBR portal.
The platform provides access to official figures and information on federal investments, public policies and programs, enabling users to track government actions across Brazil’s 5,570 municipalities.
With a modern interface and intuitive navigation, the initiative improves the dissemination of data in a clear, accessible and structured format.
ComunicaBR brings together a broad set of information related to areas such as health, education, food security, environment and social protection. Users can also generate reports tailored to their interests.
The system also includes content on racial and gender equality policies, increasing the visibility of these agendas and allowing citizens to follow the local impact of federal actions.
Beyond its informational role, ComunicaBR serves as a reference tool for the dissemination of official, technical and statistical data, contributing to public debate, efforts to counter disinformation and the fight against fake news.
According to Secom, the portal’s modernization reaffirms the Brazilian government’s commitment to transparent, data-driven and integrated management aligned with the needs of the population.
