The delegation is led by the Minister of Planning and Budget, Simone Tebet, and the Minister of Health, Alexandre Padilha.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, Brazil will address strategic projects such as the Bi-oceanic Route, which connects Brazil to the Port of Chancay (Peru) and offers a faster, more economical and more sustainable route for exports to the Port of Shanghai.<\/p>\n<p>The mission also includes meetings with business representatives and investors to strengthen trade, infrastructure and technological cooperation.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>The Bi-oceanic Route<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Port of Shanghai, operated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.portshanghai.com.cn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shanghai International Port Group<\/a> (SIPG), maintains connections with more than 700 ports in 200 countries and serves as a strategic point of the Bi-oceanic Route, which links Brazil to the Port of Chancay (Peru) and the Asian continent.<\/p>\n<p>A faster and greener route<br \/>\nThe route provides a faster, more economical and more sustainable alternative compared with traditional passages such as the Cape of Good Hope, Strait of Magellan, Panama Canal and Suez Canal.<\/p>\n<p>Stretching 17,230 km, the route reduces navigation time to 27 days, cost per tonne to US$80 and CO\u2082 emissions to 1.45 kg per tonne.
